On Thursday, 24th october 2019 we got a visit from Mrs. Anne Seefeld of the Family Pact Bavaria. Reason for the visit was the 3X3 family-friendly raffle in which we participated and won. The profit consisted in a free consultation regarding a family-friendly arrangement of the working conditions.Together with Mrs. Seefeld, we worked out various ideas for how we could make our company even more family-friendly. But we also found out that we are not in a bad position when it comes to a family-friendly working environment. After all, the very compatibility of family and work is also our goal as a family-run, traditional company in its fourth generation.
