WE MOVE THE WORLD.

On 1st September 2024, the time had come: we welcomed three new trainees who were taking their first step into working life at our company. With great anticipation and curiosity, two prospective construction mechanics and an office management assistant are starting their training and enriching our team.
The first day started for our new trainees Sofia, Deniz and Fabian with a warm round of introductions followed by a tour of our company. Here they were able to gain their first impressions of their future workplaces. The traditional Bavarian veal sausage breakfast that followed provided an opportunity to get to know each other better in a relaxed atmosphere.
After refreshments, the first briefings and practical exercises were on the programme, during which the new trainees were able to familiarise themselves with their future work areas. The day ended with a feedback session in which the first impressions were reflected on and exchanged.
For our new team members, training at Huber Technik not only means an exciting learning phase, but also the start of a promising professional career. We attach great importance to promoting our talents comprehensively and offering them sound training. Together, we are looking forward to the coming years and look forward to accompanying the development of our trainees.
