Vibrating channels or vibratory conveyors are conveying systems for bulk materials of all kinds. That material to be transported is moved forward by vibrations. The vibrating chute moves diagonally upwards in the transport direction and back. The movement causes the vibrating conveyor to lift the material and push it in the desired direction. Goods remain stationary when returning. By the respective vibratory drive can the individual speed of the process be influenced.
Vibratory conveyors require little maintenance and are very robust. One advantage over conventional conveyor belts is that vibratory feeders work perfectly under high material pressure.
Vibrating conveyors are used to transport bulk materials of various grain sizes, from dust to gravel or rubble.
