Digitalization is also progressing at Huber Technik. The entire company premises are being networked with fiber optic cables and a document management system is being introduced in the administration department. The switch to a digital locking system also follows.
In 2012, a 500 kWp photovoltaic system is put into operation on the roofs of the Huber-Technik production halls.
Two years later, in 2014, a new gas-fired steam boiler system is installed and in 2015 an energy audit is carried out in accordance with DIN.
Veronika Kamm joins her parents’ company in 2018 as the first of the owners’ three children. She is thus the vanguard of the fourth generation of the family business. Johanna Kamm follows in October 2019. The two sisters are successfully leading Huber Technik into the future.
Name and legal form are changed from Reifen Huber to Huber Technik GmbH & Co. KG.
Because the number of international customers is constantly increasing, Huber Technik Vertriebs GmbH is founded in 2002 for the global distribution of agricultural floor coverings. It distributes the rubber flooring produced in Erding all over the world.
Further presses are put into operation and the production capacity is multiplied.
Rubber mats for dairy cattle farming and complex conveyor systems become the core business and play a significant role in the company’s history.
Daughter Heidi Huber-Kamm and her husband Paul Kamm take over the company after the death of Anton Huber in 1999.
The company moves entirely to its current location in Robert-Bosch-Strasse. The tire division is sold to long-time employee Franz Pfleger. From now on, the focus is entirely on the production of innovative conveyor systems and a wide range of different rubber products.
The 30,000th conveyor belt is delivered.
Due to the high demand for sugar beet loading facilities, additional production and storage halls are built on the Rennweg site.

Huber belts are not only sold in the Erding district – even then, customers include Austria and Switzerland as well as Chile, India and Greece.The 10,000th conveyor belt is delivered in 1966.
With the start of in-house tire retreading, the company is renamed “Reifen Huber” in 1952. This is followed in 1953 by the manufacture of the first agricultural conveyor belt.
In 1955, Anton Huber becomes a master vulcanizer.
The company moves to a new location in Erding, Germany.

In addition, a store for technical rubber goods and consumer goods such as rubber boots is opened in the center of Erding. Repairing these items is also part of the day-to-day business.
As new tires are expensive and difficult to obtain, a vulcanizing plant is opened to repair tires and inner tubes.
